JASON UNDERWOOD, CPA, APM
President and Chief Executive Officer at CPH Pension Administrators, Inc. and Managing Member at ERISA CPA with more than fifteen years of experience providing professional retirement plan services from plan design, administration, consulting and independent audits to plan sponsors in practically all industries including healthcare, service providers, manufacturers, financial institutions, professional sports and more. Jason is a member of the Tennessee Society of Public Accountants (TSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). In addition to attending AICPA Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Conferences regularly, Jason has served on the TSCPA EBP Conference Task Force and presents on retirement plan topics to plan sponsors, third party administrators, and CPAs. Just recently, Jason was among the first Certified Public Accountants to receive the Advanced Defined Contribution Benefit Plans Audit Certificate in April 2016.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Kim Carmichael
Chief Administration Officer with more than twenty years of experience providing retirement plan administration services, including plan design, trust accounting, compliance and reporting to plan sponsors in industries ranging from healthcare, logistics, financial institutions and many more. Kim is a member of the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries (ASPPA) where she is currently working to attain the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential.
Away from overseeing administration services, Kim is fluent in French and enjoys spending time with family, friends and volunteering in her community.
michael miller
Retirement Plan Guru with more than twenty five years in the retirement planning industry. Michael has worked with companies both large and small, assisting them with plan design, consulting and administration. Michael's experience spans defined benefit, defined contribution, and nonqualified retirement plans. He is a graduate of Emory University and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Tracie Gothard
Administration Associate with experience providing administration support services, involving plan administration, documents, annual compliance, participant transactions, and reporting. Tracie has a teamwork philosophy and enjoys speaking with plan sponsors and participants.
In her spare time, Tracie enjoys relaxing and spending time with family and friends.
Beth Terry, CPA
Client Relationship Specialist at CPH Pension Administrators and Assurance Manager at ERISA CPA with nine years of experience providing professional retirement plan services from plan design, administration, consulting and independent audits to plan sponsors in practically all industries including healthcare, service providers, manufacturers, financial institutions, and more. Beth is a member of the Tennessee Society of Public Accountants (TSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). In addition to attending AICPA Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Conferences each year, Beth currently serves on the TSCPA EBP Conference Task Force and presents on retirement plan topics to plan sponsors, third party administrators, and CPAs. She was among the first CPAs to receive the Intermediate Employee Benefit Plans Audit Certificate in April 2016. She later received her Advanced Defined Contribution Benefit Plans Audit Certificate in October 2017. When not practicing accounting, you’re likely to find Beth volunteering at one of several different organizations in her community.
